Der Hoffskeller is hiring!
How long can you last? Roast it a perfect medium dark and catch the mail truck. It starts slow. It gets fast.
- 🌾 Tap the sack into the drum (2 lb a tap, 22 lb max), 🚪 tap the hatch in the medium dark zone, 🚚 tap the truck when it honks.
- 🎯 Every batch scores out of 10: the closer its average roast is to the middle of medium dark, the better. Score = quality x lb shipped.
- 💰 Gold grows with your score. Clock out to keep it.
- 💨 Burn the coffee, stuff the drum, or let 8 boxes pile up, and Herr Hoffskeller asks you to hang up your apron (and keeps the gold).
